Pig Nose Ring in 9ct Yellow Gold

The story behind the Pig Nose Ring:

Two Duroc/Tamworth piglets named ‘Tiger’ and ‘Ginger’ joined our farm when I was a teenager. They were mostly ginger/brown colour with little pink noses and incredibly cute! My Jack Russell dog Buddy was also mostly ginger/brown with a little pink nose and was about the same size as the piglets. Buddy loved to be with them, just chilling out in their pen watching over them. The friendship of the trio is such a core memory from growing up on the farm. The pigs were adorable, mischievous and very loveable animals. Our last pig ‘Tiger’ passed away last summer due to old age so this ring is in memory of her and that chapter of life on the farm having pigs.

This ring was hand carved from a block of wax to create the pig nose shape and then cast in 9ct yellow gold. It is then sent to Edinburgh’s Assay Office where it is quality checked and engraved with Kathryn’s hallmark.

Dispatch time: approximately 6 weeks as they have to be made to your size once your order is placed.

The UK ring size range for this piece is UK size K - UK size Z. Kathryn cannot make them any bigger or smaller than this ring size range.
